This agreement ensures clarity between the customer and Evaan Grace Travels. It defines

Terms

Conditions
By booking our van services, you agree to the terms listed below. These policies help ensure
passenger safety, clear communication, and proper service management. Evaan Grace Travels
may revise these terms when necessary.
- Distance Calculation: Kilometers are calculated from our office to office, including departure and return.
- Hourly Packages: More than 7 hours is considered a 10-hour package; more than 12 hours is considered a 15-hour package.
- Included Charges: Tariff includes fuel and driver service only.
- Additional Fees: All toll gate, parking, and state permit charges must be paid by the customer.
- Driver Batta: Calculated per calendar day from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Price Changes: Tariffs may change depending on fuel price variations. Customers must confirm updated rates before booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges apply if the vehicle has left our office or if the customer fails to show up.
- Vehicle Availability: Van model, seating, and features are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Advance Payment: 50% advance is required to confirm your booking.
- Hill Station AC: AC will remain switched off during hill station routes for safety reasons.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drinking, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly not allowed.
- Extra Travel Expenses: Tolls, parking charges, and permit fees must be borne by the customer.
- GST: A 5% GST will be added to the final bill amount.
